Write the project brief

Describe the operating task before asking for a tent model.

A useful shelter request explains what will happen inside, how the site will be reached and what the buyer will inspect. The same floor area can lead to different access, layout, packing and documentation requirements.

  1. Relief deployment: State who will use the shelter, the expected occupancy, the site conditions, the number of locations and the delivery sequence. See the disaster relief route for the information needed to compare offers.
  2. Medical support: Mark the patient and staff paths, equipment footprint, clean and dirty zones, entrances and utility interfaces. Identify which equipment and clinical systems the specialist integrator will supply. Continue with the medical support route.
  3. Field operations: Define transport limits, setup crew, relocation frequency, ground conditions and the interfaces required by the field team. Review the field operations route without assuming one structure suits every mission.
  4. Command work: Sketch workstations, circulation, cable paths, equipment access and the responsibilities of the communications or power integrator. Use the command and operations route to separate the shelter envelope from specialist systems.

Attach a drawing or tender brief if one exists. Then compare the proposed structure, supplied components, sample checks, packing list and acceptance documents against the same written requirement. The shelter procurement checklist provides a review sequence before a technical proposal is agreed.

Then choose a structure

One application can use different construction systems.

The right route depends on deployment speed, packed volume, available crew, usable area, buyer specification and required interfaces.

How we work

From project requirements to production and shipment

Each project moves through an agreed technical and commercial review before bulk production.

  1. 01

    Requirement review

Use case, market, size, quantity, materials, standards and delivery target.

  2. 02

    Structure proposal

Air-beam layout, openings, fabric system, accessories and packing direction.

  3. 03

    Sample development

Prototype review, dimensional checks, inflation checks and agreed revisions.

  4. 04

    Production and shipment

Production follows the approved sample, with final inspection and export packing.

Technical proposal

Send the specification, layout or tender schedule for review.

Share the application, target size, quantity, destination, required standards and timeline. Our team will review the scope before recommending a structure or quotation route.
