Quality & Testing

Quality Checks Built Around Your Product Specification

Materials, air beams, dimensions, workmanship and packing are checked against the configuration confirmed for your order.

A visible construction detail

Review the beam-to-wall connection on the proposed shelter.

The workshop view shows an inflated air-beam frame and fabric wall panels during assembly. For your order, use the approved drawing and sample to agree the joint, valve access and inflation checks that belong in the inspection plan.

  1. 01

    Structure and wall

Compare the proposed beam layout and fabric attachment with the approved drawing.

  2. 02

    Inspection method

Set the inflation, connection and finished-product checks for the exact configuration before production.

Five quality areas

Check the product details that matter to your order.

Test methods, sample size, tolerances and documents vary by product, market and contract. They are recorded in the approved quality plan.

01

Material

Identify fabric, coating, ground layer and supplied documentation against the approved schedule.

02

Air beam

Review dimensions, joints, valves, inflation behaviour and repair approach for the exact structure.

03

Make-up

Check cut panels, seams, attachment points, closures, openings and visible workmanship.

04

Configuration

Confirm dimensions, accessories, branding and interfaces against the approved sample.

05

Packing

Verify complete set, labels, carton or bundle format and project-specific markings.

Test and detail photographs

Fabric tests, stitching, fittings and accessories we check.

Real photographs from our workshop: a fabric sample in a pressure-test fixture, quilted lining fabric, rope and toggle fittings, a laid-out accessory set, a mesh window panel, an inflation valve and a quilted insulated shelter. Test methods and acceptance criteria are agreed per order.

Procurement FAQ

Buyer questions before a project review

Do all tents use the same test standard?

No. The product type, destination market, contract and buyer requirements determine the applicable documents and methods.

Can you provide material reports?

Available documents depend on the selected material and supplier. Required reports should be listed before quotation and verified against the order.

How is air retention checked?

The method, duration, pressure range and acceptance criteria must be agreed for the exact air-beam system.

Can a buyer arrange third-party inspection?

Third-party inspection requirements can be coordinated when scope, timing, access and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance.
